Feature Driven Development (FDD)

This model favors those situations where the requirements are available in great details upfront. When this is not the case, xP and SCRUM are more appropriate. Clearly, this model guarantees that the final product satisfies all the requirements, but it does not make it easy to add new requirements during development.
